Heizkörperthermonstat

Hast du schon ein Werksreset entsprechend Anleitung gemacht und dann binnen 3 Minuten die Suche nach neuen Geräten gestartet?

Hallo Allen,

Auf English, aber antworten auf Deutsch sind prima.

I've got several heizkörperthermostaten (v1). Since a while one is not connecting. I put in new batteries, and tried a factory reset, to no avail. The radio symbol is not showing.

Also, when changing the temperature on the thermostat, it immediately goes back to 21degrees.

Any suggestions? Is it simply faulty?

You have to reset them to factory default. I'm not sure but I think, batteries out then back in again while pressing the button on the thermostat till the green led starts blinking.

That is what I already did (several times). Then also searched for the device in the app. No solution

On the home page, did you click on the + symbol on thre top right and then select look for new devices?

If this did not work, im out of ideas 😮
